My goal is to provide you with high-quality, individualized nutrition and support that will help you nourish well and thrive.
The first thing I do is to get to know you, and unpack your personal health goals. With this, I use a whole food, evidence based, holistic approach that looks at all the various elements affecting your overall health.
I use intuitive eating to teach you how to listen to your body’s hunger and fullness cues with permission to get off the rollercoaster of fad diets. Teaching this method helps you be more in tune with your body and learn how to have a healthy, more relaxed (and fun!) relationship with food and have true food peace. This allows you to maintain a healthy lifestyle and make changes that are lifelong and sustainable.

As someone who experienced my own health challenges with a constant lack of energy, digestive issues and food intolerances, I can personally relate and empathize to those who are frustrated and searching for answers.
In my early twenties, I went through many expensive trials and errors of supplements and ineffective diets in desperation to feel better, lost in the confusion of misinformation spread about nutrition. Eventually, I was able to heal and restore my health by addressing the root cause and using a whole foods approach through the help of a Registered Dietitian.
It was from this experience I learned the value of meeting with a Registered Dietitian and the impact nutrition had on my quality of life. If only I had known that before going through all the trial and error.
Finding myself unable to put down nutrition books in my free time, I quit my corporate job and pursued my dream to help others as a Registered Dietitian. In addition to completing 1200 hours of supervised practice, I obtained a Master of Science in Human Nutrition.
Now as a practitioner, I bring compassion and curiosity to figure out how to best serve and support each client to nourish their bodies and help them thrive. Saving you from the wasted time, money, pain and confusion on how to feel your best is my priority and mission.

I was born on the east coast (NY), grew up in the midwest (KC-MO) and now I live in the south (TX).
I have always been pretty “crunchy” with a huge love for nature and sustainable living.

I use an intuitive eating and mindfulness approach with clients. Mindful eating is a practice that allows you to eat with more awareness and develop a healthy relationship with your mind, body, and food. Becoming more receptive of your body’s signals and how certain foods make you feel gives bodily wisdom. This practice takes into consideration that food is much more than fuel. Food is culture, tradition, enjoyment, satisfaction, artistic cultivation, experience, and connection through breaking bread with others. Incorporating foods that nourish your body and foods you personally enjoy are equally important. Recognizing that all foods can fit into your diet with mindfulness is a freeing process that allows peace with food.

We use only reliable recommendations from science and evidence based research. We will not push unnecessary products or tests. We approach solutions with whole foods first, supplementing and testing only when medically necessary.
